Privacy and cookies

This website is a menu, an address and opening hours. It collects as little as it can, and nothing without asking.

What is collected

With your consent the site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits: which pages are opened, on what kind of device and from which country, and which buttons are pressed: directions, phone, Instagram, Wolt.

Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The numbers serve one purpose: to understand what helps guests find the bistro.

Your consent

Analytics cookies are set only after you press Accept. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)).

If you press Decline or do not answer, nothing changes for you: the site works the same, and Google Analytics counts page views without cookies, so it cannot recognise you on your next visit.

Cookies and how long they live

After Accept, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_…) for up to two years. They belong to this site only and are not shared with other websites.

One more cookie, lang, remembers the language you chose for a year. The site needs it to work, so it does not ask for consent.

What is stored on your device

Your answer to the cookie question is kept in your browser’s local storage, together with the date. It never leaves your device. After six months the question is asked again.

Changing your mind

Press “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose again. The new choice applies from that moment. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
